5 Choices Meditation Group

Group Purposes

  • To receive support in cultivating an inner space of awareness, experience, & choice

  • To develop a healthy habit of personal practice in your daily life

  • To deepen your understanding of the key points & nuances of the 5 Choices framework

  • To experience the group support that is available when we gather around a shared purpose & commitment

  • To increase your capacity to facilitate yourself in this method, and thus reduce dependence on external facilitation

 
 
 
 

Basic Logistics

  • These groups are offered on a monthly basis, 1-2 times each month

  • The event is 45 minutes total

  • The meditation is over Zoom

  • The group is 'open invite', meaning there is no ongoing commitment & you can drop in to a group at your convenience

  • Our meditation is donation-based (no payment expected)

  • Please email Office@ChooseHeart.com to confirm your participation and receive the relevant info

 
 
 
 

General Structure

  • Starting with a short introduction to the work, touching on key practice principles

  • Moving into 5 minutes of breathwork to settle & balance

  • Next 25 minutes moving through all or some of the 5 Choices: Intimacy, Courage, Shadow, Devotion, & Death

  • Finishing with a short outro, group share, etc.
