The Choose Heart method is ideal for those:

  • Sensing there is more of themself & their life still to be discovered, and seeking a way to achieve this potential

  • Tired of relying on habits, willpower, or techniques to manage and deal with life, and instead seeking a greater sense of naturalness, ease, freedom, and joy

  • Struggling to make a definitive change or break out of an entrenched & limiting pattern or coping mechanism

  • Ready & willing to let go of some amount of their historic identity or ego-story for the sake of a deeper, fuller, and richer experience of life

This method may not be ideal for those:

  • Struggling with basic self-regulation (I recommend psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT or DBT)

  • With acute unresolved trauma (I recommend Somatic Experiencing or psychedelic-assisted therapy)

  • Wanting a diagnosis, a pathological approach, or medication (I recommend psychiatry or psychoanalysis)

SETTING UP YOUR CONSULTATION

  • My assistant Russell will walk you through the scheduling process via email; all emails will come from Office@ChooseHeart.com

  • This consultation is offered at no cost to you

  • Our consultation will happen via Zoom, and last 60 to 75 minutes

  • To start the scheduling process, click the button below

RECURRING SESSIONS

  • All sessions are conducted via Zoom

  • Sessions for individuals begin at 60 minutes; sessions for couples begin at 75 minutes

  • Sessions can be extended as needed by 15-minute intervals up to a total of 90 minutes; sessions longer than 90 minutes are available upon request

PROGRAM RHYTHM & DURATION

  • Typical meetings for individual work happen once a week; couples sessions typically happen every-other week

  • The program progresses in month-long intervals; the decision to commit to another month is completely up to you, and should be based on your direct experience of benefits

  • A typical baseline for a program is 3-6 months, but can vary depending on circumstance & needs

COMPLETING OUR WORK

  • You may choose to complete our work at any time

  • At the beginning of our program, I ask that you commit to at least one 'completion session’ before finishing; I have seen the powerful benefits of doing such a session over the years, regardless of your reasons for completing

  • If there are any session credits remaining upon completion, you will be reimbursed via your payment preference
